The slim louver provides reduced power consumption and production cost and increased stability. The slim louver completely solves the problems caused because of the height of the lamp apparatus, and has a better results of reduction of installation cost, widening of room and maximization of efficiencies compared with the conventional lamp apparatus. Since the louver and the lamp apparatus have become slimmed, more building spaces are obtained and the luminance efficiencies have become maximized, and accordingly, the number of the lamp apparatus is reduced and the construction cost is also reduced.
